help!!

about 4 mouths my hens started laying and they were laying every day
but now all i am get is soft eggs shells are they lacking something?

Are you giving them calcium? Or vitamin D? These can cause soft shells. If it's just a one time thing don't worry about it but if it's been going on you need to do something.

Well it's kinda normal for them to lay soft-shell eggs every now and then.....but I would just give them oyster shells or any other source of calcium

i got about 7 of them
and there is only 3 hens

I got a shell-less egg just today. It happens once in a while. But it shouldn't be happening often. Are you feeding layer feed and /or providing free choice oyster shell?
