on the day before lockdown i forgot to turn that morning will they be okey i turned them that night

i am worried

they will probably be fine. i miscounted and started lockdown on my 4 naked necks a day early (day 20) and they are PIPing right now, almost day 24.

turning is most important earlier in the process, it helps keep the developing yolk from sticking to the shell. your babies should be almost fully formed by now, so, assuming the rest of your incubation process went okay, they should be fine
