Help!!!

I have some month and half old chicks i fed watermelon and now I noticed there droppings are red and runny is this from the watermelon or could that be cocci? I have them in a wire cage hanging inside of my chicken coop should i treat anything or wait a few days? Nothin has died

I can tell you from experience that it's most likely the watermelon. My girls love it, but it gives them diarrhea too. If their poo still looks like that tomorrow I would start to get concerned, but otherwise i wouldn't worry about it.
