help!

I have 2 leghorn chickens, and one of them got sick with a swolen eye and drooping wing it also has a running nose,and it looks like she's loosing feathers. she wont eat or drink and will not move. the chicken is abou 5 months old and will be ready to lay next spring. her comb is white and it is spreading to other chickens

Quarantine now! And any others that are beginning to show symptoms. Call your local vet and describe the symptoms as you have posted here. If you know where you procured these birds let the vet know that too.

I am not a vet and hesitate to give advice on these symptoms as there can be a few different causes of which a couple are USDA reportable.

YES, quarantine and seperate all who are infected and call a vet asap. Use gloves when handling sick birds, most diseases are not transferable to humans but it is a good idea especially if you are going between infected and non-infected birds. Don't forget to disinfect ALL feeders/waterers/coop so you have no further spread or new cases. Good luck.
