Well she doesn't have to clip their wings yet, lol but if the hen will accept them then yes she'll keep them warm, I'd go out tonight after dark and slip the ducklings under her then watch for a while to make sure not only will she let them under her for warmth but that they will accept her. Sometimes if ducklings or chicks are too old they won't bond with the broody. If they are mallards, then you'll have to get their wings clipped if you want to keep them. Also, if one is a pekin, it should be bigger than the mallards in a few weeks.
Sounds lovely but alot of folks on here have ducks in suburbs and can't take the chance of one of their ducks flying around and landing in their neighbors back yard where their dog maybe waiting to kill it. Not all of us are blessed to live on a farm which sounds awesome by the way.i have mallards, they can fly but will not leave my farm they know were the food is and were they are safe, so clipping wings i think is a waste of time. i like when mine take off and fly around the farmstead and come splashing down in the pools![]()
