CALL A VET!! Not all are clued in to fowl. They all specialize as do human doctors do. It will cost---but if you love the animal she will be worth it. I have never heard of the condition. I would like to hear more. Search online too and see if there is a treatment.

Seizures are usually due to brain damage. Silkies are very prone to it. There really is nothing you can do for it in a bird.
