i have scratches all up my arm( elbow to wrist and they drew blood!) from my almost 5 week old pullets liking Spaghetti... A LOT. ive decided untill they are out of that brooder and i can run away and they dont FREAK or get some more weight on em where they arent horridly flapping flying and clawing me im feeding them treats in a special dish. ..... and ill just handle them individually and pet them . but no more me holding food w that many fighting over it . OUCH

i just checked her ... she still standing ... i never see her sitting :( all she does is preen preen preen back there . but shes calm . she moved around more in the ub this morning too but no zig zagging like the others ... shes always so tense.. the others are much more relaxed than her ...i hope she relaxes maybe that will help too

Yike! That sounds like it hurt!! I have biting problems with my chickens. They about bite the ends of my fingers off trying to get at the treats! Waiting sounds like good idea!
