It is due in about 2 days, but I expected it to hatch early because it has been developing way faster than usual.

Okay, I put it in my hatcher with a bowl of water and two wet sponges.If you have an incubator, get it in the incubator and pump that humidity way, way up. If not, try to have it have a temperature of 99.5 degrees, and wrap the egg in a damp towel so it doesn't shrink wrap. Watch it carefully.
It IS possible to save them.
Well, you saw that picture I posted, right? It was pretty ugly. The baby did ooze a drop or two of blood, but in general, the membrane was intact.

A couple days later, after she'd hatched, we put her back under the broody hen with her sisters. Here's a quick video clip of mama and her babies:
The babies are about 10 weeks old now and doing beautifully.
