It is due in about 2 days, but I expected it to hatch early because it has been developing way faster than usual.

If you have an incubator, get it in the incubator and pump that humidity way, way up. If not, try to have it have a temperature of 99.5 degrees, and wrap the egg in a damp towel so it doesn't shrink wrap. Watch it carefully.

It IS possible to save them.

Okay, I put it in my hatcher with a bowl of water and two wet sponges.

Thx, it's nice to know SOMEBODY thinks it's possible.

Well, you saw that picture I posted, right? It was pretty ugly. The baby did ooze a drop or two of blood, but in general, the membrane was intact.

Here's a video we took of the egg while in the incubator:

A couple days later, after she'd hatched, we put her back under the broody hen with her sisters. Here's a quick video clip of mama and her babies:

The babies are about 10 weeks old now and doing beautifully.

That makes me feel a bit more hopeful. It's been over 13 hours, and she is still moving. I keep thinking "Okay, she's dead." but then she'll move like few minutes after.
