Help my pair of roller pigeon got 3 eggs in nest could I have 2 hens?

You may, or another hen may have laid an egg in the nest. If a fourth egg appears, it's pretty much a given that you have two hens mated together.

As you can see in my pics the brown one i fort was a cock and the blue one the hen but the cock is so much bigger a coo when I go near ??

Males when calling to females, may make lower slower drawn out coo, while females tend to make more half fast and higher pitched coos. hope it helps some what to look for
