Help

Yes lice and mites can be on a chicken, even in sub-zero weather. They can be seen all over, but especially under the vent, and eggs may be seen in the feathers. Did she have a Mareks vaccine? In coccidosis, they will have diarrhea, have poor appetite, be puffed up with their head tucked down into the body like they're cold, and act sleepy. The treatment is Corid (amprollium) or sulfa drugs like Di-Methox or Sulmet.

No we did not give our chickens any vaccines and I don't think it was a spider we noticed it yesterday but it might be

She's doing a little better but she's still wobbly, we gave her a bath yesterday do you think I should give her one again today?

I would not keep bathing unless I felt an egg, or you are keeping her inside. What do her poops look like? Any diarrhea? If she has diarrhea, you need to get her started on Corid.

X2. Can't hurt, and it might help. I would start her right away. Also, if you haven't yet, do check her over for mites and lice. They do survive in this weather, and they can kill chickens.
