Needs to know a little but more about the symptoms....eating? Drinking? Pooping? If so what does it look like? Crop rock hard or normal? How old are they? Anything you can offer will help.

Are multiple birds having the same problem? The look fairly young so it can't hurt to treat them for coccidiosis. To treat that you would have to get corid from a feed store.

Is the chick puffed up? It's hard to see the problem in the picture? Is the neck okay? Please give us details. In chickens under 20 weeks old, if they appear puffed up, lethargic, are mot eating well, and have diarrhea or blood in stools, then they need to be treated for coccidiosis with Corid.
