Help!!!

For the past week I've noticed something hanging from one of my chicks butt, the chick is two months old, it's all dried up and hard today I pulled on it and more would of continued coming out but I didn't want to hurt the chick, what could this be? I was scared that it maybe it's intestines??? Help any suggestions

It kinda looks like dried poo in the pic but I would assume if it was clogged for that long, it would have become septic and died by now.. Hoping to bump this up for you for a more experienced reply.. Is she still eating and drinking? Have you seen her poo with this hanging out? Can u get a better picture of the actual bit hanging out?
