I posted in the sick forum but didn't get a response. My 2 week old leghorn had a pasty butt, took care of that and have been cleaning her. She is swollen. She feels bloated and her butt is huge. Acting normal
And eating. Runny poo.

It's gotta be an abscess. Do you have a large gauge needle to try and drain it? It looks like it will kill her if it isn't drained because it will block her vent.

If it is soft and feels like it is full of liquid, then find a way to drain it, or have a vet do it. It could be something more serious, but if it swelled up quickly I don't think it would be a tumor or anything.

EDIT: Just noticed she is only two weeks old. It sounds like a congenital issue.
