Hi everybody. Ady, at least you were able to set your eggs. Mine haven't even got here yet. I went to bed last night with 2 chicks hatched out and I woke up to the same two chicks plus 23 baby quail

. I was about to give up on the quail. They are soooo tiny. Another chick is zipping right now and I had another quail hatch after I emptied the bator.

Hi everyone!

It got cold here as soon as it rained had to turn the heat back on

Look around for things you could use as brooders/housing/waters/feeder/etc.

Just sayin

I'm going to wait one more week and if broody momma goose doesnt have any goslings by then, shes getting her nest taken away and the coop gets cleaned out completely with new bedding so maybe she wont go broody anymore.
