The Mr.Stripeys get HUGE if you have the right soil and everything! First time we had them the plant broke in half cause one of the tomatoes were half the size of a basketball!

Thats funny. I already have cages around mine but they are not near that tall yet. Of course if I hadn't planted to so deep to improve their roots, they may be that tall lol.

We have to put shiny stuff all over the garden! Them darn blackbirds eat them!

Ah, nothing like a home grown Jersey mator but it's another month yet before I can put anything in the ground

East, you can have some of my rain. I am uploading a video of the ducklings now and yes, the rest of my yard is just as wet

Why do I feel the need to keep rearranging stuff? Saturday I did the living room including bringing stuff up from the family room downstairs and viceversa. Now I have been doing the pens for 3 days and I'm not done yet. I am trying to arrange the 10' fence pannels to my liking. I took some of them down that DH had on top of the original pen because I needed more of them, lol That was not fun! What is wrong with me?

Hurry up little duckling!

We had a fire close to us last year. I could smell the smoke when I went outside. That is scary stuff!

Do any of you guys want this weeks batch of silkie or Marans eggs? If not I am going to list some auctions. I haven't put any of the silkie eggs into the bator but I have cracked them open and they are fertile. The 1st 2 marans eggs are in the bator now, I'm not cracking any open since I only have the one pullet, lol Mr. Maran's boy has been doing his job so they should be good. I should be able to tell tonight if the olive egger eggs he covered are developing.

Thanks for the offer but I am setting pretty until my duck eggs get here next week.

East, I wish it would rain in your part of the country. We painted Easter eggs today so we can do the toupes maybe next time lol. Come on lil duckie. Mine is all dry but he is resting.

Duck, a shotgun and some bird shot will help take care of them crows.

Dh is taking me out to eat since I worked so hard in the garden today. I'm pooped.
