I'm not done hatching duck, just done with ducks for a while. The bator is still over full of marans, ee and silkie eggs

Has anyone had a duckling with pasty butt before? My week old baby keeps getting it and now the white duckling had it too. The other 3 are all fine and I am not brooding them any different

I am madder that a stirred up nest of hornets

. The dogs that killed my chicken bit my daughter this evening. She is ok. It punctured her leg through her jeans but it was not bleeding profusely or require stitches. I doctored it myself and I will check it in the morning. Those dogs need to die.
