Hey everybody. Guess what we did today? We discovered a Mulberry tree in the corner of our yard and we picked lots of mulberries. Me and the kids are going to make mulberry jam in the morning. This should be interesting. I've never made jam before. I've canned lots of stuff but never made jam. Wish "us" luck lol

I have the absolute best recipe in the world for apple butter. I need to figure out how to can it so that I dont have to make it so often.

I've only tasted apple butter when it was froze for a year or 2 and it tasted fine.

Duck....you may be on to something. It usually doesnt last long around here. Maybe I could make a double batch.

You could hide it in the freezer somewhere??? That's what I do when I have some Ice cream I dont want anyone else to eat!
