I know how to get out of handcuffs.... i had a Special Ops guy show me how to do it once.... lol it wasn't in a naughty way either (SHHHH hush amanda i know!) lol he was super cute and it was before DH and i were dating but he had a girlfriend and i am not one of those girls who would break up a relationship. i hate girls like that. He had gotten done with the class on how to escape during certain situations and was assigned to work with me on a parts issue with the helicopters. Didn't know it was that easy to get out of them. Just have to do both locking mechanism on the cuffs!

Ady, DO NOT SHARE how to get out of handcuffs with Duck. We may need them on the trip and Sonja may have some laying around from her days in law enforcement!

Ady that looks so good!
I like to make chicken breast and put fresh herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, butter, and chicken seasoning on it and cook it for about an hour or so in the oven. Make some rice, vegetables, and potatoes.
It's so good!

excellent idea east! I have two cabbage plants ready to come out of the garden and a ton of green beans! wala!
lol i wont share with duck how to get out i dont even think i remember that was like 5 years ago!
Duck i do the same thing with chicken breast.... DH doesn't like chicken as much as i do though so i dont get to do it often!
Lol east poke a hole on the other side too and it makes it easier to get out... little trick my mom taught me
