OK, so it's Chicken Broccoli Divan for dinner tonight. Is it just me or do you HATE it when you're in line in the grocery store and someone butts you out of your spot at the checkout while you're putting your groceries in the cart? As far as I'm concerned, I purchased that space until I get my receipt. Get outta my bubble, you buttinsky!

Duck, I went out and tried to video my White hens, but they got VERY quiet when I stuck the camera in there.

Duck would tell them to get the *Beep* behind in line!
Can you get a video of fierce black call duck?

I can try, but you CANNOT laugh at her trying to be tough with her tiny little self. She'll get her feelings hurt!

Duck is broke after I get these Cochin Bantams!

I'm makeing my own coop, I'm tired of everyone saying they are going to help and it keeps getting layed off. I have the bottom alllllllll done and even have it stained!
Just need to do the walls and get some metal sideing for the sides and roof and cut a pop door out, make nest boxes, roosts, and make a door to where it swings the whole length of one side for easy cleaning might even hang the nest boxes on the outside.

Sounds like you have a lot left to do. Fortunately my DH build my big one and I bought my small one. I let my chickens all run together. Next Spring, I will put my silkies/showgirls in the small coop/pen and sell their eggs. That stupid racoon just about wiped out all of my polish.

I would like to expand the duck coop about 10-15 ft. but nooooo!
I'm not allowed to let the ducks and chickens free-range but dad said next year to let them since mom so called flowers beds are being takin care of and the chickens will take care of it and free fertilizer!
