Sorry, justme, forgot to answer the question about my Cochins.
They are standard and they are Lemon Blue-really beautiful little things. These are my first ones.

Third, I am going to reorganize the brooder space for the other chicks still needing supplemental heat 24/7.

Fifth, I am going to try to watch what has been on the DVR for weeks...

And then I will do other stuff, like go buy more feed, bales of pine shavings, etc.

Change of plans. I'm flying to Linda's and I'm gonna hang with her. I like the idea of sleeping in and naps and playing with chickens.

It was snowing here today after being 75 degrees last week

. I was told 15 years ago when I moved to Missouri that if I didn't like the weather, wait ten minutes, it will change and that is soooooooooooooo true
