See how big they are getting

The one in the front is the snowy but I don;t know what color the others are. Probably butterscotch or blue fawn.

With the red light, it's hard to see their color.

They all look just like the snowy to me. I just moved them out of the tote bin and into the wire cage today. I think they are peeping for me because they can see me now, lol They settle down when I go over there. They actually have a plain 100 watt bulb on them now, it is just dark in here at night.

Don't you love when they come running to the front of the brooder when they hear you coming? Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy and wanted.

Allow me to share a funny story with you guys. I sold some SA eggs locally last month and they are not even due to hatch yet but she busted one open and said it was nothing inside but yolk and she wants me to hatch her some ducklings and give them to her (I know....funny right?) Well Not happening. I told her that by my calculations that her egs are not due to hatch until the 15th-17th of this month and at that point if she has had none hatch, she can bring me the eggs she bought from me and I will go an eggtopsie on them and if it was my fault they her eggs did not hatch, I will work with her but if it's not my fault......well she is out of luck. Was that mean of me???? Should I mention that she has never hatched duck eggs ever? I gave her instruction on how to do and even sent her a link connecting her to BYC, trying to help her gain knowledge. If she brings me the eggs, which I doubt she does, and it was her fault I would hatch some discounted for her but I honestly dont think I will hear from her again. I guess time will tell.

I just looked up pics of butterscotch and blue fawn call ducklings. I am going to guess mine are butterscotch since it looks like blue fawn would be much darker

Sonja, Does she still have eggs in the bator? Sounds odd to be complaing before they are even due.
