So i have three beautiful butter babies!!

They look great! They are getting fluffy and still just flopping around in the bator. Hopefully tonight they will be more fluffy so i can take pictures of them. my new bator is full of eggs!! I got my delaware eggs today in the mail. I was shocked by the packing!!! He just wrapped them with paper towels and put them in a egg carton with newspaper around it in wads in the box.... has 2 smashed eggs and 3 cracked ones. I paid for a dz and he sent 16 eggs... I have 11 that are not cracked and 3 that i had to put unscented candle wax on.

We will see if i can get any chicks out of these. Tomorrow i get my serama eggs so i'm going to wait to set till tomorrow. today is not a good day.

Ady I had a guy to something similiar to me this year. Out of 36 eggs I had 3 chicks hatch and one of those died. I hope you have way more luck than me. Congrats on your butter babies. I cant wait til sunday. We go into lockdown.

Justme-MIL said NOTHING to me. Don't know and don't care what she said to DH. I'm sassy like that today!
On a lighter note I was feeling a little blue and decided to candle(new life makes me happy) and I saw a pip in Pyncheon Bantam egg. YAY. Was candling my Call eggs and THERE IS A PIP in one of my White Call eggs! GO BABY!
Had to jettison ANOTHER Butter egg, Sonja so I'm down to 2.
That's OK-I got a zing in on my mother in-law and I have a Call baby hatching!
