My ribs seem to be getting worse instead of better. I guess I need to rest and do nothing at all. It's hard to do.
When I was a child my mom broke ribs, all they could do was strap her around the middle. She had to sleep in the tall armchair in the living room, getting in and out of bed was too painful.

Take care. :hugs (gentle hugs)

I have been a chiropractic patient since the mid 1990s, even worked as an assistant for about 10 years. Good DCs (like good MDs) can be beneficial for any age patient. I still go see my previous employer about once every six weeks or so, just to keep things moving properly. They have very gentle technique options if the idea of being "twisted" concerns you. Mine has a computer assisted device called a Pro Adjustor, which can be used on elderly and others who require a very minimal adjustment.
