The grass was extremely long. The orchard grass seed heads were about 4-5' tall, the rest was a good 3'.. really needed a bush hog

When they delivered it and seen my mess, they said to mow it with the bagger open and bags out...then mow again with the bags and bagger closed... of course I had to try it closed and it choked like they said
I was having a lot of joint pain and the chiro thought it might be food intolerance of wheat.. I thought they were just getting ins money, but let them do the blood tests.
it came back with 27 foods I was intolerant of

So I did cut all of them out to prove them wrong

.. within a couple of weeks I quit waking up in the middle of the night with joint pain and my allergies were better than with a RX

My brain fog lifted and I was wondering why I was still working when I could have retired a couple of years earlier.

So I retired within a few months
They say to go off all those foods for at least 3 months and add one back a week and see what happens. I added black pepper first, because its in everything. I was ok. Then I got some organic eggs from farmers market and was fine.. later got cheap store eggs and felt bloated...so I got chickens LOL
Next I tried cows milk and within a few hours I couldn't breathe through my nose and woke up choking at night. Goat milk is ok.
Then I tried wheat, and woke up in the middle of the night the 2nd day with joint pain again

Decided I didn't want to try anything else for a few years.. This year I tried melon, once a week is ok, but if I have it several days in a row I don't feel right.
Does put a damper on eating out... they sneak wheat in everything
