We'll see what the Realtor has to say. Ideal would probably be an improved lot with some unimproved but available next to it. If we can't get a big enough lot for everything we'd like, we'll settle for hen and garden space.

are you are one of those unfortunate people whose birthday comes so close to Christmas that you get a present for your birthday and for Christmas, too ?
My uncle was born right on Dec 25.
My grandma named him Carol..
she named all four of her daughters flower names. her name was Rose.
When she was PG with one of my uncles, she and a neighbor lady who was also PG were chatting. the neighbor lady said if she had a boy she was going to name him Calumet,,after the baking powder.. then Grandma said if you do, I will name my son Royal,,,after the other brand of baking powder..
the each did just that..
No TV for amusement back then..

One called on Christmas, one on my birthday but no cards or gifts. It is a long drive to VA from FL so i understand no visit. Sad though they forget me.
