I'll trade you , even up, for my 4' x 7' beat up old trailer..
Yours has no hard use. It is still worth what you paid for it. Unfortunately, nobody will pay that much because it is "used".
try to get $1100.oo for it and be prepared to get beat down a couple hundred bucks from that..
I have seen similar ones go for about $700.oo
No need for a boat trailer, but thanks. ;)
You've confirmed my research of little to no depreciation on trailers.
I just really want it gone... and to get used...may sell to a friend for less than optimal(for me) price.

basically I just make my regular from scratch pancake batter, then grate up a few small to medium potatoes and a small onion.
when the mixture is mostly potato and not too runny, they are ready to go.
I oil a nonstick fry pan. and thereafter, I put one teaspoon of olive oil in for the next cake.
I make them one at a time, on the large diameter size.
today's recipe. I do not measure so this is estimated quantities.
3 baseball sized potatoes. peeled and grated.
1 tennis ball size onion. grated.
In a bowl mix
1 egg.
1/2 cup milk.
about 1 Tablespoon vinegar.
6 heaping teaspoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil
beat this concoction .
then add about 1 cup flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda. (it will react with the vinegar and helps make the batter lighter.)
heat the pan until a drop of water dances in the oil.
cook on the first side for about 3 minutes
flip and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
the potatoes take awhile to cook.
put a couple on a plate, loosen your belt and pour on the maple syrup..
