cold here today. I didn't do much outside.
I did go to F&F and bought a box of shop towels, a gallon of WD40 (half price) , a can of WD40 rust remover, and
a can of regular WD40. Now I am all set for anything that sticks..
Boots, If you are not going to do finish carpentry with the naily boards. just use a side grinder with a thin steel cutting wheel and cut the nails off and leave the head and short piece of nail in the board. Lots faster and easier than pulling nails.
I had a pile of cedar siding that had tons of nails down the edges. I just ran them through the table saw and cut a half inch off of each edge. left me with a slightly narrower board, but no nail holes.
I ran the tractor this morning, 1st gear and reverse were OK, but 2nd and 5th gears were frozen.
