Helpful hints for building coops

We had a lovely Birthday dinner at the Mill Casino this evening. Last time I was at a casino had to be 40 years ago so it's changed a bit. Our limit was $20 each and I found myself trying to hurry and lose the last 10 or so so we could go home. Not a gambler I guess.

When the casino opened by me, ,35 yrs ago, I went one time. It was a boat that went down and back up the river,at that time. 2 hr cruise. When I got bored I thought it had been an hour, when I looked at my watch... It was 15 MINUTES... I went up on the deck and that was enjoyable

I think when I get to sorting stuff in the shop I might have some styro incubator parts. turners, trays etc.
I have no use for them anymore.
I might even have a complete Hova or Little Giant. we will see.
I made a batch of cinnamon pecan caramel rolls yesterday. they turned out just great.
with each batch I am learning shortcuts.
with this batch I used a square nonstick frying pan instead of a cake pan. worked great. easier clean up, too.
I think I will go make a potta and have a roll with my cuppa.

WOW... that's a huge price drop!!
I forgot to look for that when I was at TSC this morning,
was distracted by petting all the dogs there for vet service.

Me Neither.....tho I'd have been tempted, kinda glad I didn't look or see them if they were there.

Was absolutely gorgeous today, sunny and warmish(50°)...got feed(chooks and people) stocked up, some coop tasks done, house is kinda cleaned(at least critical areas), made a pan of lasagna...cause my girl is on her way, 3 more hours and she'll be here, been about 18 months since I've seen her!

I don't use my air compressor very often anymore,
but it **sure** is nice to have it when you need one!!
Hand truck tire had no air, was amazed it was working under 50# feed bag.
Got those both filled up...and van tires too, cold temps made that stupid light come on.

I hate all those things that light up on the truck. Check engine light, replace air bags light, tire needs air light. Just distracting.

Oh, and we had a bear visit Turkey town. All she did was turn over a feed barrel and eat laying pellets. So I lashed the barrels to trees. I have plans for a fence with hot wires. I need lots of t posts.
