I pulled a board out that I want to use
to make a chainsaw vise out of. Just then
a guy pulled into the driveway and bought
a large water tote that DD Barby gave to me
a few years ago.

Today i started moving the big rabbit cages so i can make a creep feeder for the young goats. I got one moved about half way to where i wanted to put it. Hubby was busy , so i moved it myself. He did cut down a small dead tree in the barnyard that i asked him to get rid of. And cleaned out the whole garden shed!

yesterday i finally got to work in the shop for awhile.
I started making the idea I have for a chain saw vise.
I got most of the pieces cut out. then realized that all of
the glue bottles are dried up. they should make six pacs
of one ounce bottles.
thunderstorm at six this morning. now it is cold and damp.
might be snow flurries by the end of the week.
not ready for that.

I made my own version of furniture sliders to move that 10 foot rabbit cage. I put the legs in baking pans, and got some long strips of plywood for them to slide on. It worked.

I got hubby to take me to look at sheds today. Plan to get a 12x20 as a ceramics studio. Should take around 6 weeks to get it built. Looking forward to that!

Cappy, are you going to get the same carpenters
that you hired for the goat shed ?
last night we went out for fish fry. we went to
a very rural tavern that we haven't been to for
about thirty years. they are only open on Friday
from 2 to midnight. we had bluegill. awesome good.
bluegill is my favorite fish to eat. Perch is a close second.
I figure fish fries are the most economical meal in a
restaurant. If you figure buying a license, driving somewhere
and spending time , and not always being successful,
I can work one hour and pay for the meal.
but that doesn't mean I won't go fishing. lol
I got the gasket on the stove door. today I
will install the door and light a fire. This is a
different stove that nephew Dan gave to me.
I hope it heats well.
yesterday it stayed at 33F all day and
rained/snowed most of the time.
