Absolutely NOT.

The stress is due to our department having lost about 1/3 of our crew, including the Asst. Manager and the only sub-department manager. Doing that to my co-workers would be despicable.

Not to mention that no work = no pay and if we could do with no pay I wouldn't be working in the first place.

I've been in this position. Yeah, it sucks. Please try to take care of yourself as best as you can.

Try to compartmentalize, box up the stress and leave it at work. There's only so much one person can do.
