Here we had soooo much rain lately.
Amsterdam almost flooded because a large pump had been broken. It was fixed just in time. And in the west of Belgium there are several flooded villages now (and getting worse).

Where I live there are no problems. Just drizzling and raining a lot.

That long string of warmer sunnier days sure took the edge off the increasing darkness.
Yes, it did!

We were in NC when the time changed, so it was more of a, "Hey, look, it's dark already!" Back here, it's, "Oh, I need to lock up the chickens, and it's only 5:30." But now it's done before dinner. :)

I had a nice sit with the chickens this afternoon. Might be the last time I sit out in the run. I need to make a "sit-upon" out of a feed bag to hang in the coop. Then I can sit on that and not on a nice fresh cecal poop. 🤦‍♀️

Oh no, below sea level definitely needs pumps. Glad you don't have problems

Same here. We got a lot done outside, that's for sure! The leaves are raked up enough to call them done for the year if we want to. :thumbsup
We don't rake leaves unless we're planting something else. Not likely to rake up 13 acres of leaves. The goats will eat them eventually.
