I use both screws and nails. But a couple more legs won't hurt anything but the weight. Hubby always complains about that.Hard to say if it needs it or not......if it needs fixing, you can do it.
Bracing the legs was my first concern, but you know how I can get.
Hopefully they are bolted well and won't need any anti-wobble bracing.
Those are PT 4x4 legs.Cappy, if you don't want to add more legs,
maybe you could "sister" a 2x8 or a 2x10 to the backside of (what looks like) the 2x4.
adding a 2x4 won't help much..
looks like Spot will be going to a place with horses.. prolly at the end of this week..
I am sad to see him go, but happy for him.
he needs a job..
He collects all the socks and shoes he finds lying about and piles them up .. then he lays and watches over his "herd". he doesn't chew them up..
at least nobody will take his horses away from him..
........jiminwisc.......

Yes, 2x4x 10.the legs are more than adequate . the beam under the doors looks light for that span. 2x4?
Yep.did I mention that we might be selling Spot?
I got the tweaks of the drill sharpener done yesterday.. Haven't tried it out, yet..
In theory it should work, but the best laid plans of mice and man ,,,,,
just for kicks, I took a 1/16" drill bit and hand sharpened it on a fine diamond board.
I actually read that quail like climbing ramps so i am putting a second level in there with a solid tray like surface for sand. I told hubby i was getting quail, he says you are getting quail too? I said yep, nutritious and delicious. He never commented on that. I guess he figures they don't eat much.and as the empire grows,,,,,,,,,
you could turn that into a two story apartment complex.,,
I had quail for awhile. they are fun. I had the button quail..
they can be mean to each other.
I think it was too many roosters to hen ratio..
did I mention that we might be selling Spot?
I forget who I told what..
I also forget what I had for dinner last night, and how old I am and ..................

Hubby is getting good at sharpening chains for his saw. He used to pay to have them done. He also does most of his own repairs.Yep.
Sharpening is an important skill......I've never been great at it.
