Got those stitches out and shopped until dark.
Saw my all time favorite car, Toyota Supra....:love 20180507_191836.jpg
Such a sexy car, turbo charged! If i ever get rich imma going to buy me one!
Bought fencing to close in the lean-to. Red paint for a bunny barn hutch.

good day,

I am waiting for a call from a local appliance dealer. going to try to get a used motor out of a junked washing machine to use on my wood lathe.

raining here today.
Annie wants me to install a window AC in one of the bedrooms.
I just put in all new windows last summer.
I hate to mess one up with an AC.
Soooo, I looked it over yesterday.
I think I figured out a way to mount one without jeopardizing the integrity of the window. will be able to leave the AC in place and still close the double hung window. this way I will not have to do anything when winter comes except unplug the AC and leave it right in place.
the alternate plan in to cut a hole through the wall and wall mount the AC.
(my preference ) but I am just the hired hand and I do as I am told..
either way, I get to play with my power tools..

Have you checked CL free listings? Sometimes you can get appliances there.

I do a lot of C L scanning.
E BAy has become quite commercial.
If I want commercial, I will go to Amazon.
I checked with two local recycling places.
they do not resell any of their junk.
both places said that they just crush appliances without taking the motors out.
That doesn't sound much like recycling to me. Nobody around here buys scrap metal.
You are lucky if they don't charge you to drop it off..
I did locate a motor from a local appliance store. they have a clothes washer in their dumpster. will drag it out and remove the motor for me. as soon as they get their deliveries caught up..

Awesome!
I got the quail dust bath installed today, and tonight i made the ramp. The paint is drying. I need to make another one for the other half of the condo.
I was getting ready to put wire on the latest rabbit cage, opening a new roll of wire and managed to rip my finger open! Ouch! Put pressure on it, went in and washed it. I don't think it needs sewn up but its a nuisance. I need to be more careful.
Going back out later. I needed a break anyway.

you will notice soon enough that when you have a cut, ding or sore spot, that is the area that you will bump most often ..
I will be selecting some oak boards to build a window AC bracket..
also will be taking pictures of items to list on Craig's List..

Almost finished with the rabbit hutch! Just need to finish painting the roof and screw it in place.
Next i plan to make a frame on the walls of the lean-to that i can attach welded wire to.
