many years ago we took the kids and went away for a week with our camper on the truck
when we got home, the neighbor boy who was taking care of our chickens did OK.
they had water, and the feeder was full to the top with ,,,, kitty litter.. He did his best.
good thing our chickens were free ranging.
no harm done..

so the chickens didn't eat the kitty litter?

IDK, If they did, IDK how much, LOL

we got over an inch of rain..I think it is done for a couple of cays..
I better get the grass mowed on the dry days..
with the cub cadet, I don't worry too much if the grass gets a little too long.
it can handle it..

It's your fault for now showing the kid where the feed is!

you don't know that.. and I am not blaming anyone for what happened,. we all got a good chuckle over it , no harm done.. and it was almost 50 years ago.
I only mentioned it because we all thought it was humorous.. lighten up.
