Pain stinks, been living with it for years, arthritis and unrepaired injuries.
Various areas at various times,
skeleton is all connected and as it shifts so does the pain center,
keeping the muscles tuned evenly really helps as does 'walking thru the limp'.
Wouldn't know how to act if I woke up pain free one day.

Butchered my 2 fresh turkeys yesterday and roasted a breast and made drippings gray Mmmmmmm!! Still working on buying a new vehicle, clustertangle that is, taking the day off of that today to stock up groceries big storms headed in 4-8". Hope they are wrong.

well, hoping for all the pain to at least subside .

Funeral for a friend's dad on Friday.
My last uncle (by marriage) died this weekend, too.. 88 years old.
just one aunt left, also by marriage.. pushing 90 real hard..

Looking forward to my Ortho appt, hoping they will order an MRI right away.
I am struggling to get all the coops and hutches ready for nasty weather. I was in the workshop today for a little while, it was 33° in there. I didn't stay long.

Finally did the tractor wrassling(switch from mow to throw) yesterday,
I can still get 'er done (slowly) but am sore as hell today.
Got the ~7+" of wet stuff off the driveway, threw better than I thought it would-waiting for a couple cold days to pass helped, only a few clogs.

I'm so not looking forward to snow. I'm from NY State, where the plows pretty much run 24/7. Down here, I can still see the road through the snow, and they call off school. I hope it stays away.

snow is like death, you know it is coming, just don't know when..
we got a scant one inch last night. not expecting much more for a few days..
I am so glad I don't have to take my mower off.. I did once, and I vowed to never do that again..
I use my Oliver 55 (Ollie) with a 7 ft bucket and a back blade for pushing snow around..
not going to bother with this one inch, though..
Cappy, hope your appt goes your way today..
Annie is going in tomorrow for therapy evaluation for her knee..
I had my VA check up Monday. the Dr offered to refer me for hip replacements.
I have to ponder that one for awhile..
