Today was mostly sunny, and besides doing animal chores i got the wire stapled on the frame for the bottom of the rabbit cage. One step at a time.

slow and easy does it. otherwise you will work yourself out of a job.
winter has finally hit us. but still no snow.
I found out that propane torches do freeze.

We're getting good it here...about 7" overnight and still falling.
Temps are going to plummet for a few days, lows in neg teens.

46 here and very foggy. Rained buckets here the past few days.

My folks came from Minnesota and North Dakota (don'cha know) and my dad told me about winters that they tied a rope from the back door to the barn so they wouldn't get lost in the snow and freeze to death.

My Dad grew up in Pennsylvania and he said they dug tunnels through the snow to get to the barn in order to milk the cows!
