Holy moly, we finally (seems finally to us anyway) got an offer on our Portland house! Way too low but we countered with the price we first had guessed at and no repairs and they accepted! Pending inspection, we could close in the middle of October! And if this one flakes out we have another offer in the wings.

Thanks everyone! Got to go pick up loose rocks in the yard so we can get it mowed. Got a nice local guy fixing the back fence so the dogs can't get out and critters can't get in. Skirting has been approved and just waiting for the belly ban to be put on, then we can get the front fence started.

today we did what we are never supposed to do
we did some plumbing. never do plumbing on a weekend..
today was the only day I could get my BIL .
with his and my GS's help and not much help from me, we got it done with only two trips to the plumbing store.
He replaced 3 tiles that were loose and cracked.
then we, (they) changed out the vanity and put in a new faucet.
The new vanity is a few inches taller than the old one. and I like the goose neck faucet sooo much better.
