People forget, Quality of life is more important than quantityAfter an excruciating morning on the phone with vets,
some who really tried to 'shame' me,
I found one to do an at-home euthanasia for old Rascal.
Have heard good things about this woman over the years.
I am so relieved we won't have to go thru another winter,
yet it's still gonna be a roller coaster of a couple weeks,
gonna try to make it the best two weeks for him.
Used to be animals were put down to prevent suffering and suffering people were wishing for the option
Now people go through procedures to prolong their animals suffering because it makes them feel better. Vets go along with it.... Some vets I think are looking at their bottom line. Some just give people what they want
