it is about 300 feet to the road
Our driveway is about 400' long. No snow on it though.
I got the plywood on the coop I am working on. I need to staple on hardware cloth, put on the roof. And hang the door. Making slow progress.

I am trying to resist a cold coming on.
runny nose and sneezing. I don't feel ill.
I looked at the bandsaw today. I did not buy it.
the depth of cut was only about 4 1/2".
Kind of useless for what I have planned.
I want to saw small/short logs into lumber.

I would love to have a sawmill, but it's not going to happen.
Got the door hung on the coop today, tacked on some hardware cloth. And cut , then tacked up some trim boards. Forgot to take photos, maybe tomorrow.

yeah, me too. If I had to do it over I would have bought one when I was 25 years old.
if I could afford one, I like the Woodmizer 35.
In my snow pictures, the lean to with the snow sliding off of the roof is filled with oak boards from one tree.
we cut that tree down about 19 years ago.
it should be dry by now, eh ?

Last day of January. spring is just around the corner.
Annie made a pot of chicken soup. I figured rolls would go good with it.
I made 4 dozen of my version of Hawiian Rolls.
they turned out great, Not doughy like the boughten ones.
I like to butter one up and drop it into the broth. that is good eatin'.
You can keep your caviar ..
