Today we put the frame up for the awning over the goat house door and window. Slopes the wrong way, so I will fix it tomorrow and screw the metal on.

So far I have not been outside much. Too danged hot again. I did sell two pullets to a lady.

the days are noticeably getting shorter. I especially notice the morning sun is low in the sky.

The tempest was way south of us. I watched the radar and saw it was headed right for you. glad no harm was done.
I have a few friends that were in the wisconsin side path of it. None of them have reported in yet..

My lawn 'tractor' is an antique, 1987 John Deere Lawn and Garden Tractor....
.....more than a riding mower, less than a 'real' tractor.
I run a mower and a snow thrower.
But there were other implements, some with a 3pt hitch, and even a front end loader.
Not sure you could buy an equivalent in this day and age.

Mine is old, too. It is a 1955 Oliver 55.
I have pictures somewhere, but my camera is out of commission. It got wet. I can't make out what kind of tractor yours is from the picture. I'm guessing a Ford..
I use my tractor several time per week.
