Helpful hints for building coops

There are chemicals I it, and they will sometimes peck it up at corners.

Instead I will probably use linoleum.

They make some valid points...but.....
Many have used vinyl with no ill effects.

I used a heavy duty foam backed vinyl(didn't crack when I bent over corner),
a single sheet (so no cracks for water to seep thru),
no glue(which can also be toxic) but tacked down at edges (so no picking at corners).
I let it off-gas for a couple weeks before birds were added,
I also have excellent ventilation.
It's held up well for 8 year now.
But it's up to you.

Then I will use it. I am looking for a sturdy, easy cleanable coop that will keep snakes and other predators OUT!

Well mine has wooden trim all the way around the edges, so they can't pull it up.

Slowly starting to get coops and hutches ready for winter.
Some sort of virus has made me so tired, i can sleep 24/7. Got feed today for the first time in a long time.
