You realize that deer get tired of veggies all the time, they like dessert, too. lolol
we haven't seen our deer for a couple of weeks., they probably are waiting for the blossoms to turn into fruit.
almost hit 100F yesterday. overcast today, so maybe it won't get as high.
had neck therapy yesterday. It is having a positive result, so far. way fewer head aches.

Yes, the deer are eating the baby apples off our trees as well.

The boys and I spent much of the morning erecting chicken-wire cages around the apple trees.

I am trying to convince DH that putting electric tape around the perimeter fence towards the woods would be more cost-effective than caging all the fruit trees and garden beds.

2022 will go down as The Year of the Fence. We replaced the old fence

with some new fence, some reused fence, and 25 10' posts DH got for free from work.

We also had to move that big rock on the right side about 10 feet. Jeep to the rescue!

If you can beat the critters to them
I have to walk 200 feet to get at mine
the weeds are so thick, even the critters can't find them.
Well i have been pulling the weeds, so the danged deer just chomped them down. My neighbor is going to give me some of her extra plants.
