Wish I could garden here...your's sounds wonderful!

I really hope it does extra well this year.
I found an old small shallow wooden crate in my hubs shed...I know it was one I built a decade ago. It is about 5" deep and 12x18(ish) it should grow lettuce just fine....and I can move it from shade to sun as needed. That frees up space in the garden for more goodies.

I used to grow a lot of lettuce when we lived in FL. It was fun and as long as the weather didn't get too hot, it would grow like crazy.

I didn't do this personally but I thought I would share a kindness I witnessed someone else doing.

My friend purchases latex gloves in bulk for multiple reasons, health related and otherwise in her home. She's donating her extra boxes to a local nursing home because gloves are hard to find right now.
