My feed store got a couple of these little guys - the brown stripey/dotty one in the front - in yesterday and no one could figure out what breed they are....anyone know? They are from Privett Hatchery in NM, just straight run bantams. Sorry it's a little blurry. I took it with my cell phone. They are brown, black and white; clean dark legs; 4 toes, no muffs.

Thank you in advance. I like to help out my feed store figure out the breeds they get so they can pass that information onto the customer. They go out of their way to help me with my addiction, lol, so I'm just returning the favor

I am pretty new to chickens, but the one you took a picture of looks EXACTLY like my EE. The other resembles the other EEs I have. Not sure though...

I vote Old English Game Bantams. The Black Breasted Red are a very common variety at hatcheries and they look just like little chipmunks when they're born.

I'm pretty sure they are not OEGBs. They are very fluffy and they did have OEGBs in that are chipmunk looking. I bought one of them a couple weeks ago and someone on the site confirmed it was a silver duck wing (?) OEGB.

I was thinking Wyandottes. They look like a photo of a Partridge Wynadotte bantam I found online. They don't have muffs so they aren't EE's. My bantam EE's all had really fluffy muffs at this age even.
