Helpp Please ! Should I Get The Chick Out Of The Egg?!

its Day 22 and already beeen cracked a lot by the hen, but i moved it away and wrapped it in a blanket and light and hot water bottle

she is tweeting sometimes and still pulsing, but i cant make out a head/body etc- there is hair around

what should i do?? i don't want her to die

I think I would set the egg on a warm wet towel and slowly... using a qtip wet w/ warm water loosen the chick...how long has it been like this?

i'd say 5 hours now.. we've put her back under the hen :S
