Is she drinking on her own? That's more important than food. If you put sugar in the water, it will elevate her blood sugars just as food does, and she won't starve.

Your hen is very sick. Chances are she is dying, and dying chickens do not feel like eating. Continue for the rest of today giving her sugar water. Lets see if she is improved tomorrow to maybe want to eat some scrambled egg. If she isn't improved tomorrow, you need to face the reality she may be dying.

Are you syringing fluids? This is how to do it safely without getting it into her airway and choking her.

Notice the airway in the center of the throat behind the tongue. Avoid that. Slide the syringe into her left side of her mouth, going slightly under the tongue. That leads to the crop.

You may need to tube feed her at some point. Have you heard of that? It sounds complicated but it's easy. Easier even than syringing fluids. You can get a tube feeding kit for a small animal from most vets for just a few dollars. We can then instruct you how to do it.
