Hemp Bedding for Ducks?

Hi. I've been reading about hemp bedding and that it's supposed to last twice as long as pine shavings, hay or straw because it's so absorbent. All of the reviews are from chicken owners however - so wondering if any duck owners are using it and if you think it's worth a try?

Well here i can grow 6 giant dope plants in my garden if i want! But i dont touch the stuff anyway

Hemp is different and doesnt produce the THC oils that get you stoned, Its actualy an excellent matterial and i think it would be great bedding as far as absorbance

From what I"m reading it sounds great - pricey but if I really don't need as much or have to change it as much, wondering if it's worth a try. Ducks are so darn wet with wet poop so before I try it I'd love to hear from duck people who have tried it....

If you can get it give it a try then report back. We're in the back woods here it may never get to these parts. But It would be nice to have someone give a review.
