Hen’s eye is bubbling - help!

What the matter with her? Just noticed it today.

Could it have something to do with this juveniles breathing issue a few days ago? https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/juvenile-hen’s-face-inflates-when-breathing.1626789/
Looks like bubbles in the eye to me.
Often this can indicate respiratory illness like Mycoplasma.

Yes, could be related to the other thread. Suggestion would be the same. You can try treating Symptoms with an antibiotic like Tylosin, Tiamulin or a Tetracycline.

Flush the hen's eye with saline and apply an eye ointment like Terramcyin.

Here's some reading about poultry diseases:

I'm integrating some juveniles into the big girls; she had their coop added on to and ten new kids added, so they're all a bit stressed out. She also lost a flockmate in the middle of the whole thing.
So it would make sense for a stress-induced bout of MG to arise.

Just checked on the whole flock (looked closely at every chicken, etc.), and her eye bubbles and swelling are gone.
The chick with the face-inflates-when-breathing problem (in another thread; I put a link to it in the first post) hasn’t stopped, so I put some VetRX on her face to possibly alleviate the symptoms a bit. I’m still thinking the issues are related.

I’m going to continue the Doxy-Tyl in their water along with some oregano oil, probiotics, and echinacea extract.
