Hen’s missing feathers, bright red skin

Hey, all! I have 15 birds. A little while back, one of them started looking a bit shabby, losing some feathers, but otherwise acting fine. I thought maybe our turkey was picking on her (I have a male and a female turkey housed with the chickens, they all get along great 95% of the time). Anyway, over the past week, I’ve noticed 3 more birds looking rough. The original bird looks terrible. For background info, I live in the Tampa Bay Area. Crows like to hang out in the run from time to time and it is possible they’ve been visited by mosquitos. One of the girls has had some gross, runny poop this week, too. They all had 5 days of DE last week.

Look for mites first the red bright skin is due to mites or lice
